U.S. Multi-Housing Group

​Stephen Gullo is a Senior Director in the Multi-Family Group. In this capacity he is responsible for acquisitions, asset management and dispositions of multi-family properties.

​Prior to joining CBRE Investors, Mr. Gullo was a partner and vice president of acquisitions for Berkshire Property Advisors. Prior to that, he was a senior analyst for the Multi-Family Capital Transactions Group for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and its successor purchaser Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Gullo has completed in excess of $2 billion in transactions representing over 20,000 units on behalf of 6 institutional funds and various separate accounts during his 9-year career.

​Mr. Gullo is a graduate of the Boston University School of Management, where he earned a B.S. in business administration degree with concentrations in finance and marketing. He is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council.
