Property Types:

  • All property types and classes including, but not limited to, commercial, residential and industrial with value-adding opportunities such as repositioning and rental reversion programs
  • Development and redevelopment projects
  • Mezzanine lending opportunities
  • $30+ million in value

Transaction Structures:

  • A focus on equity purchase
