Overview​

The CBRE Global Investors U.S. Managed Accounts Acquisitions Team specializes in the acquisitions of office, industrial and retail investments on both a direct and joint-venture basis.  Investments will be made in high-quality, core and core-plus properties. The primary focus is office and industrial properties in major markets with strong economic fundamentals.

Investment Criteria

Available Capital:

  • $1.5 Billion+

Property Type:

  • A focus on office and industrial, but will consider retail

Size:

  • $15 million to $600 million

Structure:

  • A focus on equity purchase, but will consider JV equity and forward purchase commitments

Markets:

  • Primary and secondary
  • A focus on major gateway cities
